For whoever keeps the spreadsheet
You know the job. Now you can build the tool.
Start from a finished tracker for training, certificates and sign-offs. Describe it in plain words and your AI assistant makes it yours. The screens for sign-offs and a record of who did what come ready; your assistant connects them to your own database.

How it works
From sample to yours in three steps
Off-the-shelf software fits someone else's process, and a developer takes months. Now you start from a finished tool and shape it in plain words.
- 1
Try it with sample data
Click through the tracker with sample data. Type what you track and watch it change to match. Nothing is sent or saved.
- 2
Describe your team
Answer four questions: who you track, what they must complete, who signs off and who else hears. We turn your answers into instructions your AI assistant follows.
- 3
Connect it to your own accounts
Your assistant swaps the demo server for your own sign-in and database, then runs the checks and shows you the results. The accounts are yours, and your people's records never pass through us.
Built for the day someone asks
A record you can show when someone asks
Your people's records live in accounts you own. We never store them.
- The count before every send
- Nobody emails the whole company by accident.
- A reason on every sign-off
- Decisions still explain themselves months later.
- A record your server writes
- Every send, sign-off and failure is one entry, written by your server rather than the browser. The screen only displays it.
- No personal details in emails
- First name and training name. Nothing else.
- Made for keyboards
- Real buttons, labelled fields and proper tables. We have not yet tested with a screen reader, and contrast follows your theme, so check both before you rely on it.
Who gets access, how long you keep records and what your policies require stay yours to decide. Real Good Site makes your rules easy to follow. It does not make you compliant on its own, and we will never claim it does. The screens are ours; the server side is built in your own accounts, so read what your assistant built before you invite your team.
The tool your team needs is closer than you think.
Free to try with sample data. The building blocks are open source.
